Thank you for shopping with Musakhail Dry Fruits. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it

Because our products are food items, opened packages cannot be returned for health & safety reasons.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
